BTW, as this is my first entry on the new blog, the explanation on the URL is two-fold: 1) I'm new to the PM role (officially, though I've been doing PM work under other titles in other teams for a while), but 2) I'm also "green" on the Insights Discovery System, which is pretty rare for a PM-type dude. So, you can be sure that I really, really want to understand you and be understood :) apparently, even more than I want to actually ship anything. LOL
